Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

Order Cancellations
