We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and your local authorities to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

Multiple Shipments
